Ljubljana, Slovenia | 19–20 February 2026
BRAVE-WOW partners met in Ljubljana on 19 and 20 February 2026 for the 2nd General Assembly to review progress, coordinate next steps, and align on key methodological decisions ahead of the next implementation phase.
The meeting opened with welcoming remarks from the Slovenian Ministry of Health representatives Lucija Rojko and Petja Plamberger, followed by the Project Coordinator, Leonor Pais (UC). Day 1 focused on a Work Package round-up, starting with WP1 updates on project implementation follow-up, risk assessment and KPI progress, data management follow-up and next steps, and ethical management follow-up and next steps. The programme continued with other WP sessions, with dedicated time reserved for general discussion to support cross-work package alignment.
Day 2 addressed General Assembly matters, including Advisory Board and financial topics. It then continued with the BRAVE-WOW international event, which brought external perspectives into the General Assembly agenda and connected project work with wider discussions across research, professional practice, and policy. The meeting concluded with a final wrap-up session to confirm decisions and immediate next actions.
