A multilingual platform, four online seminars, and a set of recommendations will turn project evidence into real change in hospitals and health services.

The BRAVE-WOW team has started the development of the WP5: Platform and Capacity Building. The work package is led by FICYT. This work package is intended to develop a multilingual online platform that will enable hospitals and health services to measure violence and harassment, analyse results, and access practical guides and materials to take effective action. The beta version will be available halfway through the project, and the final version will be launched at its conclusion, incorporating material developed and lessons learned from pilot activities and the direct participation of healthcare professionals. The platform development is being led by FICYT and CTIC from Spain, with all BRAVE-WOW partners actively involved to ensure the needs of every project member are aligned.
As part of their activities, WP5 will organize four online seminars, one for each pilot country, to share ideas and tools that are ready to use. Each session will combine the dissemination of project results, European good practices, and specific measures to improve internal protocols. This task will be led by MOH-SI from Slovenia.
WP5 will also produce a recommendations document featuring revised and enhanced national action plans. This document is intended for managers and public decision-makers to help them improve their own plans in Spain, Portugal, Italy and Slovenia. Its goal is to provide a clear roadmap: how to adapt procedures, which indicators to monitor, how to get leaders and teams involved. This task is led by INAIL from Italy.
Why does it matter?
Because this step connects project evidence with everyday action in healthcare settings.
